Pricing Concepts for Web Meetings

Various web meeting service prroviders offer different concepts for buying and running web meetings. Below are some of them.

Free web meetings

Most service providers offer some kind of free service. Some offer it for a limited period of time like 30 days and with a limited number of participants. Other offer it just for a few participants but without time limitation except for the length of the meeting (like 1-2 hours)

Meeting duration based meetings

This might be useful if you are running web meetings only occasionally. The cost for the meeting is based on the number of minutes and the number of participants i.e. x censt/minute/participant.

Monthly or yearly rental of a meeting room.

This service will give you a meeting room for a maximum number of participants (like 5, 10, 20, 50, etc.) but without any restriction to how often you use it.
