Click-to-CallClick-to-Call is a function you could install on your web site to allow customers to click on a button to get connected via telephone to your company. By adding some credit to your web service provider's account this call will be free of charge for your customers. You may even add several phone numbers on your account to allow the system to call additional numbers if the first number does not answer. ButtonsSome providers offer ready to use buttons to click to get connected to your company. AvatarsWhy not use an avatar from an available selection to with audio greetings instead of a simple button. The greeting could be personalized to fit your company. Special and customized avatars might be provided on request by the provider. Video clipAnother possibilty is to use a video clip to as a 'button' which you could click on the get connected to the company. You would simply provide the video clip to be used.
